Eric Feldman is the Founder and CEO of Sentinel316™, a leadership development and consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations build confident leaders, strengthen teams, and create cultures of accountability, integrity, and excellence.

Over the course of more than three decades, Eric has served in executive leadership roles across federal law enforcement, municipal policing, corporate security, and organizational development. He has led complex organizations, directed large-scale operations, developed national training programs, and coached leaders at every level—from first-line supervisors to executive leadership.

A retired Chief of Police and former senior federal law enforcement executive and SWAT Commander, Eric has spent his career leading through change, managing high-performing teams, and developing leaders in environments where sound judgment, integrity, and decisive leadership are essential.

Today, Eric serves in a senior executive leadership role with a national organization, where he oversees leadership development, workforce training, organizational effectiveness, and quality initiatives. His experience spans strategic planning, executive coaching, organizational transformation, and the development of leadership programs that produce measurable results.

Eric holds a Master's degree in Leadership and believes that the greatest investment any organization can make is in its people. His approach combines proven leadership principles with practical, real-world experience to equip leaders with the confidence, character, and skills needed to succeed.
